Adv. Batel Bilia

Adv. Batel Bilia holds an LL.B. in Law with honors from the Netanya Academic College and an M.A. in Legal Studies.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Jezreel Valley College.

Prior to her certification as an attorney, Adv. Bilia managed the firm’s real estate department for approximately ten years, working closely with Adv. Shlomi Avitan in providing court-appointed services such as mediation, property management, and administration of estates for the Family Court.

Over the years, Adv. Bilia has handled dozens of diverse real estate transactions — both residential and commercial — including contractor projects, purchasing groups, combination transactions involving inheritance, sale of agricultural estates, and more.

Her areas of responsibility include registration of condominium buildings, parcelization, probate orders, enduring powers of attorney, initial land registration and acquisition of ownership with the Israel Land Authority, and transfer of rights in agricultural holdings (nahalot).
