Adv. Eliran Yosef
Adv. Eliran Yosef holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Haifa (2014).
After completing his internship, Adv. Yosef worked at the law firm Shlomo Cohen & Co., specializing in real estate and cooperative associations (kibbutzim and moshavim across Israel).
He provided ongoing legal counsel to cooperative associations and their managements in dealings with their members and with external bodies such as the Israel Land Authority, including legal support for construction projects in kibbutzim and community expansions, real estate sale transactions, transfer and registration of property rights.
In addition, Adv. Yosef worked as a real estate attorney at a large and well-known law firm in Haifa, where he handled numerous large-scale residential and commercial transactions — including purchase and sale agreements, combination deals, real estate taxation, joint ownership agreements, trust services, and urban renewal projects.
He represented developers and contractors in TAMA 38 and Pinui-Binui projects, providing ongoing legal support throughout all project stages, from planning to completion and registration of ownership rights.
Toward the end of 2023, Adv. Yosef joined our firm and specializes in real estate law.
He is responsible, among other things, for the firm’s high-density construction division, which includes representation of contractors, developers, and large-scale commercial purchasing groups — totaling approximately 60,000 square meters of active construction — and other complex real estate ventures.
