Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. Holds an LL.B (with honors) from the University of Haifa and brings nearly 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney, certified notary, mediator, and authorized drafter of enduring powers of attorney.
His work covers a wide range of legal fields — real estate, commercial and administrative law, litigation, taxation, and tenders.
In addition to his legal practice, Adv. Avitan has served in several public positions, including Chairman of the Municipal Property Tax Appeals Committee and Member of the Municipal Council in Ramat Yishai, and continues to volunteer as legal counsel for local authorities and non-profit organizations.
