Adv. Shlomi Avitan

Adv. Shlomi Avitan is the founder and owner of the firm.
He holds an LL.B (with honors) from the University of Haifa, in a business administration cluster.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney, he also serves as a certified notary, mediator, and authorized drafter of enduring powers of attorney.

Adv. Avitan has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of legal fields, including:
real estate purchase agreements, representation before the Israel Land Authority and the Tax Authority (Capital Gains Tax / Property Tax), dealings with housing companies, land registration offices, and municipal authorities, commercial and administrative litigation, corporate legal counseling, municipal taxation (Arnona), tenders law, and more.

He has served as a court-appointed receiver and estate administrator in numerous complex cases involving agricultural lands, estates, residential and commercial buildings, and income-producing properties. His role included asset preservation and management, contract negotiations with tenants, debt collection, and the implementation of settlements and arrangements among heirs, creditors, and other parties.

The firm’s professional legal and administrative team handles dozens of complex cases at any given time, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and personalized service.

From 2006 to 2008, Adv. Avitan served as Chairman of the Municipal Arnona Appeals Committee of Ramat Yishai, and from 2008 to 2013 as an elected Municipal Council Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of additional civic committees.

Since 2002, Adv. Avitan has volunteered as legal advisor to the Avir Yaakov Synagogue in Ramat Yishai.
Between 2008 and 2013, he served as internal and external legal counsel to five local authorities under appointed committees: Tur’an, Kafr Kanna, Ein Mahil, Bustan al-Marj, and Julis.
